MEET ALLIE.

Allie Stubbs most recently served as the General Management Apprentice and Volunteer Coordinator with Triad Stage in Greensboro, North Carolina during their 2018-2019 season. Before arriving in Greensboro, she attended The College of Charleston where she earned a BA in Arts Management with a Minor in Theatre. She currently lives and works in Columbia, South Carolina.

During her early life, Allie became involved in local community theatre productions as well as school activities, including the International Thespian Society that she helped begin at AC Flora High School. The arts became a passion for her, and she wanted to utilize her strengths of organization and leadership, so she chose to attend The College of Charleston for their well-known Arts Management Program. Allie’s education in Charleston allowed her to apply lessons learned in the classroom to real-life opportunities in the local arts community.

During her time in Charleston, Allie worked closely with PURE Theatre, serving as a Box Office Associate. She completed an internship with the City of Charleston Office of Cultural Affairs during the summer of 2017, during which she served as House Manager for events during the 2017 Piccolo Spoleto Festival. Her first venture into working with festivals was so successful that the following season she became a Box Office Associate with Spoleto Festival USA, where she was able to experience a large scale, internationally recognized festival.

Allie’s areas of interest and expertise include artist management, social media marketing, arts advocacy, vitally welcoming inclusion efforts, accessibility in the arts, event coordination, and budget management.
